Decorating the tree

My kids were sooo excited to put our tree up this year. They kept asking and begging so we finally put it up on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. We let them put all the decorations on and they did a good job. Of course I didn't think to take out the camera until the end when Macie was putting the star on top.

Ring Bearer

Collin was asked to be the Ring Bearer for his cousin Katelynn's wedding.
Walking down the aisle (looking drunk) with the cutest little Flower Girl, Leticia.

 So pretty

Leticia kept going over to Collin and taking his hand. It was so adorable!
Congratulations Katy and Patyon! Thanks for letting Collin be part of your wedding!

Thanksgiving 2011

This year was our Braithwaite Thanksgiving that we do every other year. I always look forward to it because I get to see cousins that I don't see that often. We had it up here for the first time ever and it was nice for us to not have to travel south. We had a great time with tons of food, visiting, and crafts for the kids.
Macie and Boo are ready to eat.
 Nicki and Baby Jack
Collin had a really wiggly tooth that he refused to let me pull. So, Nicki told him if he would pull it she would give him 5 dollars. He tried so hard to pull it to the point he was crying. Poor guy, I finally pulled it the next day.

How many Braithwaite sisters does it take to wash the dishes from our very large Thanksgiving dinner?

Indian Girl

At preschool they dressed the kids up like pilgrims and indians. I thought Macie's little painted face was too cute not to get a picture of. They also got a Bow & Arrow and Knife to bring home. They also got a feather headband and made bead necklaces. As you can see, Macie thought it was very cool!

Halloween 2011

This year we had a really fun Halloween. Collin wanted to be the Black Spiderman because he was the red one last year (Spiderman is red first and then turns black ya know) and Macie was a cute little cupcake. We went to a Halloween party and Mindy and Michaels and of course I didn't take a single picture. I am awesome. Our wards Truck or Treat was the same night so we missed that this year. I didn't feel bad. Then on Halloween we went out trick or treating around our neighborhood. My kids were so excited and it didn't take Macie long to get the hang of Trick or Treating. They both had a blast!

School Halloween Party

Collin's Halloween Party at school was really fun. I was busy overseeing all the activities so that left Macie in charge of taking pictures. It didn't go so good but she got a few cute ones.

Getting ready to watch The Great Pumpkin with their popcorn.
All the kids in their costumes. They looked so cute!

Collin acutally won the donut game. He was the only kids to eat the whole thing.

That black Spiderman is soooo scary!

Playing the ghost game.
The kids all had really fun and I wish I had gotten more pictures.

Carving Pumpkins

Macie was all into digging the guts out!
We did the little ghost guy in hers
Collin was a wimp and didn't like getting his hands slimy. He and Grant did this fire face.

Finished and all lit up. Collin was so excited about giving out candy (in his socks no less)
that I couldn't get him in the pic.

Halloween at Preschool

Macie's hilarious teacher "being" a witch
Macie's "trick" was to wave. I'm sure that was about all they could get her to do.

Dang it is hard to get a picture of this girl

The witches are out!

Back in October we took all the kids to Gardner Village to see the witches. We didn't realize it was the Witch's Night Out so we only stayed for a minute because there was a bazillion people there. Oh well, the kids had fun!

Posing by the witch in the tree only great picture taker me didn't even get her.
 All of the kids together.
 Take 2
And....take 3. Not any better, oh well.

Collin turns 6!

It is so hard to believe that it has been six years since Collin was born. I cannot believe how fast time goes. Collin has become so helpful and grown up, he is such a good boy. I cannot believe the things he is learning now that he is in school and he surprises me everyday. He is good big brother and so good to help me (most of the time). He is a great example at school and loves to learn. It makes me sad that he is getting so big and independent, I hate that he wants to walk into to school by himself and doesn't need me or my help to do most things. I am so proud of the good boy he has become.

Ready for breakfast with his new lightsaber.
Birthday breakfast: Waffles with icream and chocolate syrup.
For his birthday he wanted to go to the jumpy house. So that is what we did, and the kids had a blast!

Brynlie really gettin' into the jumping.
Macie and Gage climbing up the slide.

 Daner LOVED the ball pit
Ok so I guess all the kids did.

 My attempt at Optimus Prime
Sweet Bosty Boy- He loved the party so much he decided to start walking all over that place.

Another Beyblade, Hallelujah. He ended up getting like 6 or 7 of them.

Boston kept eating cake off all the plates
This how much Grant loves me take his picture
